Getting Started
To set up Oura Teams for your organization:
- You must purchase a subscription to Oura Teams. Contact us to add a subscription for your organization
- You must have an active Oura Account. To set up an Oura Account, see this Help Center article
Once we confirm your subscription, we’ll send an email with the subject “Welcome to Oura Teams.”
You’ll then be able to add Admins and Coaches to your organization to manage members.
Admin and Coach Responsibilities
In Oura Teams, admins and coaches can:
- Invite and remove members
- Search members
- Create groups
- View and export group dashboards and metrics
Admins have additional capabilities to:
- Create private groups
- Invite and remove coaches
- Upgrade coaches to admins
- Archive groups
- Enable or disable the member invite link to Oura Teams

Adding Admins and Coaches
To add a new coach or admin to your Oura Teams organization, select Coaches in the left-hand menu.
From there, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Invite new coach.
Fill out the name of the new coach, along with their email address, and click Send invite.
You will receive a notification via email when your new coach accepts the invite and joins your organization.
Upgrading Coaches to Admins
Select Coaches in the left-hand menu of the Oura Teams site.
On the right-hand side of the screen, in the column titled “Role,” click the pencil icon next to the word “Coach” to upgrade that coach to an admin.
You may also downgrade admins to a coach at any time by following the same process.
Removing Coaches or Admins
To remove a coach or admin, visit the “Coaches” page and locate the coach or admin you wish to remove from Oura Teams and revoke their access to the Teams organization.
Next to the coach or admin's name, click Remove.
