The Oura Enterprise Platform (OEP) is a specialized platform to collect and analyze Oura Ring health and wellness data securely for your organization or research study.
Before signing in to OEP for the first time, you must accept the invitation sent by Oura to your email inbox. If you don't see an invitation, confirm you’re using the email associated with your OEP admin account. You also may need to check your spam or junk folder.

Navigating OEP
When you sign-in to OEP, you’ll see on the left-hand menu:
-
Your organization name: Review your organization’s participation with OEP. At the top-level menu, you’ll see:
- Teams: A list of teams within your organization
- Members: A list of organization members, their team enrollment, and admin access
- Settings: Options to edit the organization name, change admin access, and manage API applications
- Dashboard: View metrics for your organization
- Members: View information about organization members
- Data Export: Download metrics for your organization
Adding Admins
Admins have access to manage or view information about their organization’s users within OEP. You can customize admin access at the organization level and team level. A team admin may not have access to organization-level information.
There are four admin roles:
- Owner: Have full access to organization settings and can add, remove, or edit other admins
- Manager: Can add members and download member data
- Viewer: Designed primarily for viewing dashboards and data. Viewers cannot manage admins, add members, or download data
- Reporter: Provides access to aggregated or anonymized reporting rather than individual member data
To add an admin to your organization:
- Click your organization name in the left-hand menu, then in the top-level horizontal menu, click Settings
- Click Admins, then click Add Admin on the right side
- Enter the person’s information, including admin access at the organization level
- If necessary, click Add team access to determine admin access at the team level
Creating Teams
You may want to create a team if you want to review or export data from a specific sub-group of your organization (example: research study), but not your entire organization.
- Click your organization name in the left-hand menu, then in the top-level horizontal menu, click Teams
- Click Add team and fill out the team name.
- You also have the option to make member email addresses anonymous within the team. Organization admins will still have access to team member email addresses
If you want team members to share their Oura Ring data with your organization, you must create a Consent Policy for that particular team.
Creating a Consent Policy
A Consent Policy is created by an organization in OEP to determine what Oura Ring data a member can share with their organization.
A member must opt-in to a Consent Policy to share their data with their organization.
To create a Consent Policy:
- Click your organization name in the left-hand menu, then in the top-level horizontal menu, click Teams
- Select the relevant team for creating a Consent Policy
- In the horizontal menu under the team name, click Settings, then click Research Study
- Check the Research Study Mode Enabled box, then click Create New Policy
- Select the appropriate data scopes and define the applicable data collection period
- Select the team(s) that will be subject to this Consent Policy
- Review the Consent Policy and click Submit
If you alter an existing Consent Policy, members will need to opt-in to the updated policy.
Members receive a consent request by email or through notification in the Oura App. To review a Consent Policy from within the Oura App:
- Tap the Menu icon in the upper-left corner of the Oura App
- Tap Settings, then scroll to the “Data Sharing” section
- Tap Oura Platform
Adding Members
- Click Members in the left-hand menu, then in the top-level horizontal menu, click Add a member
- Enter member information, including the relevant team
- If necessary, use the slider to ask the member to share their Oura data with your organization. Selecting this option will require a member to agree to a Consent Policy via email or an Oura App notification
- Click Add member
