To reassign an Oura Ring to a new member:
- Factory reset the Oura Ring. This clears any existing user data and disconnects the ring from the previous account, allowing the new user to pair it to their account seamlessly
- Have the previous member unpair the ring from their device's Bluetooth settings
- If necessary, have the new member unpair any previous rings from their device's Bluetooth settings
- Follow the standard setup steps outlined in the Activating an Oura Ring and Business Membership Help Center article.
