Enter the email address used on your order and send a magic link.
A "One-time link" email is sent

Review your Order
1. Then, check the Payment Terms & Conditions box.
Select Checkout
Enter your Billing Information
1. Billing will be separated into U.S. and international categories if applicable
Click Continue
Select Your Payment Type
1. Credit Card / ACH Direct Debit / Customer Initiated
  1. Customer initiated = wire transfer outside of the portal
2. Net Terms
  1. Note: Net Terms will only appear if the customer has a credit limit in place
    1. For “addresses unknown” orders, pay now is unavailable due to tax implications. You must have credit terms in place to use this flow.
3. Purchase Order: optional
Click Place Order
The Order Confirmation is received
1. The Order Number begins with BO-
Once payment is approved:
1. Addresses Known:
  1. Recipients receive a Recipient Redemption Site link to specify size/finish.
  2. Sizing kit shipping notification email is sent if applicable.
  3. Ring fulfillment follows.
  4. Ring shipment tracking emails are sent.
2. Addresses Unknown:
  1. Recipients receive a Recipient Redemption Site link to provide address and choose whether to receive a sizing kit.
  2. If selected, the sizing kit is shipped and a notification email is sent.
  3. After sizing, recipients re-enter the site to submit size/finish for ring fulfillment.
  4. Ring shipment tracking emails are sent.
