Oura Teams is a product designed to help coaches, administrators, physicians, and others manage and monitor the metrics of those on their teams, or in their organizations.

Admins have the ability to create groups, invite members, and analyze data using an intuitive dashboard. 

The product allows these organizers to monitor most of the data found in the Oura App across groups. In addition, organizers can perform in-depth analyses by exporting group data.
