Will Oura for Organizations Memberships auto-renew?
No, memberships will not auto-renew. The Oura for Organizations team will contact account administrators at least 30 days before expiration to ask about renewing their membership.
Can account administrators select which Oura Memberships to renew?
Yes, account administrators can renew all, some, or none of their memberships. Account members will receive an email seven days before their Oura for Organizations Membership ends asking them to provide a personal payment method.

Ring recipients can activate their Oura for Organizations Membership by following the steps in this Help Center article.
Viewing Details about my Oura Membership
Visit the Membership Hub for help with common membership questions, like viewing your plan, updating your payment method, editing account info, or exporting your data.
To view Membership Hub in the Oura App:
- Select the
menu in the upper-left corner of the app's home screen
- Select Settings
- Scroll to "Account"
- Select Manage membership
An account with an Oura for Organizations Membership attached will see "Paid by your organization" under their Membership plan.
Can I change my email address linked to my Oura account?
- Navigate to Membership Hub and sign in using your current Oura account email address
- Select Edit account information
- Enter your password and the new email address, and select Update email
- Locate the verification email in the new address’s inbox and select Verify Email Change
What happens if my Oura for Organizations Membership is expiring?
If your Oura Membership through your organization is about to end, you'll receive a notification in Membership Hub (see image below) as well as an email.
Select the Continue membership button in either the notification or the email to add a billing address and payment method in Membership Hub.
