Exchanges 

Even Exchange

You can request an even color or size exchange within 30 days of shipment.

Gen 3

Ex: black can be exchanged for silver because they are at the same price point

OR4

Ex: gold can be exchanged for rose gold because they are at the same price point

Upgrades

Bulk orders or deposit flow are not allowed. If you would like to purchase an upgraded style, the order must be returned for a refund and repurchased.

Ex: silver cannot be exchanged for gold

Downgrades

Only orders that have not been billed yet in the Deposit Flow are permitted. Once an order has been billed, downgrades are not allowed.

Ex: gold cannot be exchanged for black once billed

Bulk orders

Return for a Refund

Bulk Order

You're entitled to return or exchange an Oura Ring that is in full working condition and undamaged for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping and handling fees from your original order are not refundable. Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment.

Deposit Flow

An admin can request a refund for an unused Deposit Allocation. There is no time limit on this request. You can also request a refund for the remaining balance on a Deposit Allocation—this is done monthly otherwise. 

Once an end user places their order, all purchases are final, and a refund is not allowed.
