How do I transfer a ring with an Oura for Business Membership attached to a new account?
To transfer a ring to another account, you must first factory reset the ring. See instructions here.
Once you reset the ring, it can be paired with a new account. Follow the instructions for Setting Up and Oura ring with Oura for Business Membership to create an account and pair the ring.
The Oura App will recognize the Oura for Business Membership associated with the ring when paired successfully. If Bluetooth pairing is not successful, the end-user will be prompted to enter payment information. The end-user should enter payment information so their ability to create an account will not be blocked. The user will not be charged during the first month of Membership. The Oura for Business Membership will be applied once the end-user pairs their device after entering payment information.
How do I see what type of Membership an account has?
End-users can manage their Memberships through the Membership Hub via the Oura App:
- Select the menu in the upper left-hand corner of the home screen
- Select Settings
- Scroll to Account
- Select Manage Membership
An account with an Oura for Business Membership attached will see "Paid by Organization" under their Membership plan.
You can also use the Membership Hub to view and manage Memberships individually.
How do I know when my Oura for Business Memberships are expiring? Do they automatically renew?
A member of the Oura team will reach out to you regarding your Business Memberships when they are up for renewal.
There is currently no notification within your users' Oura App for expiring Business Memberships. However, they do not automatically renew.
If your organization decides to renew individual Memberships, you will work with an Oura representative to identify the renewal quantity and which individuals will receive another year, or more, of Memberships.
Oura for Business Memberships do not automatically renew.
