If you have a prepaid Oura for Business Membership and are prompted to enter payment information, review the scenarios below:
Your Contract Start and End Dates (Account Admins):
Memberships are associated with each serial number tied to the contract start and end date.
- If an end-user connects their device before the Membership contract starts, they must enter payment information. Once the contract begins, their payment method will be automatically removed from their account
Bluetooth Pairing Fails:
If Bluetooth pairing does not successfully connect to the ring, the App will not recognize the Oura for Business Membership, prompting the user for payment information.
If you experience Bluetooth pairing issues, follow these steps to resolve the pairing failure:
- Remove the ring from the phone's Bluetooth devices, if paired
- Uninstall and reinstall the Oura App
- Place the ring on its charger and connect the ring to Bluetooth
- Follow the in-app instructions to pair the ring
If the Bluetooth pairing continues to fail, end users will be directed to enter payment information so their ability to create an account is not blocked.
- The Oura for Business Membership will be applied once the end-user pairs their device after entering their payment information. The Oura for Business Membership will be applied at the end of the first month, and the end-user will not be charged
