End-users can manage their Memberships through the Oura App:
- Select the menu in the upper left-hand corner of the home screen
- Select Settings
- Scroll to Account
- Select Manage Memberships
An account with an Oura for Business Membership attached will see "Paid by Organization" under their Membership plan
Membership Troubleshooting:
- Our Partner Support Team (partnersupport@ouraring.com) can answer any questions or validate that your Membership has been successfully applied
- Please have the ring's serial number and/or the email address associated with the account to access the necessary information for troubleshooting
