Your order must be in pending fulfillment, if the Sales Order has already been billed, we cannot update the payment method.
Steps to take:
- If you have not already, input the new CC number on your Order Hub profile
- My account > My Account Overview > Settings > Credit Card > Add Card
- Do not make any changes to your order (ex: updating the ring size)
- Email partnersupport@ouraring.com with the following information
- Order number
- Last 4 digits of the card you want to be billed
NOTE: you will not be able to delete your previous credit card information until the new one has been switched on the order from our end.
