1. Click on "Start an Order."
2. Select your ring style: Horizon and Heritage (Gen 3) or OR4. If you need to order sizing kits, select "I need to order sizing kits first."

You can only add one style to your cart at a time. However, you can still order both styles or Generations in the same order.
- Choose whichever style first, then follow steps 3-5
- Do not click on proceed to checkout on step 6; instead, click the home button, start an order, choose the second style this time, and follow steps 3-5 again.
- This will add the rings to your current order.
You will then see both styles + all memberships (if applicable) in your shopping cart.
3. Select the number of rings you want in each size/finish

Select finishes are only available in certain styles

(e.g., Rose Gold and Brushed Titanium for Horizon, but not Heritage).

4. Select your B2B membership length (1,2 or 3 years). Select No Membership if you want the end users to pay for their membership.
Note: all rings must have the same membership length
5. Hit add to cart
6. Review your shopping cart
- Everything correct? Click proceed to checkout

Want to start over? Click Reset my order
7. Select multi-address shipping
8. There are two options for uploading the addresses

Enter the information manually one by one

9. Once the information is entered, click Validate Addresses and Review Shipping Settings
If there are any errors, it will provide you with an error code. You must correct any errors before moving on by clicking the pencil icon
10. Click process orders
11. Review your order and select your payment type
Note: ACH is available for US Customers only
12. Click Submit Payment
Note: the total amount will not show the price with tax included. The tax total for orders shipping to Europe
will not be seen until the payment has been submitted unless VAT is included.
13. You will receive your order confirmation
FAQs
- If multiple items are shipped to the same address, they will be shipped together. Order Hub will default to the same shipping speed for those addresses

Both the Admin and the recipient will receive a tracking number once the order has been fulfilled
