There are three ways to order using Order Hub
Bulk Order-Direct Shipping: Choose this ordering method if you would like to order sizing kits or size-specific rings, shipping directly to one address. This is also the best method if you would like to purchase just one ring or a sizing kit. You can add your membership options for the rings within your order.
Note: If you are using Bulk Order-Direct Shipping, sizing kits and rings need to be ordered separately. Create and process your order for sizing kits. then create a new order for rings.
Bulk Order-Multi Address Shipping: Choose this ordering method if you would like to order sizing kits and/or size-specific rings, shipping to different addresses. You can your membership options to the rings in your order. With multi-address shipping, you can combine both sizing kits and rings in the same order.
Make a Deposit: This ordering method is ideal if you would like the members of your organization to create and manage their own ring orders. As an admin, you can place a deposit, similar to using a gift card, and allocate those funds to your members. Your members will then have their own Order Hub log in where they can select a sizing kit or a size-specific ring.
There is flexibility in the amount you would like to allocate, leaving the member to be able to order upgrades and pay the additional costs themselves.
