Step-by-Step Process:

Place a Deposit > Start a Deposit

Select your ring style(s)
- Note: you can select Gen3 and OR4 together on the same deposit
- You can set up an allocation that contains specific styles and finishes, covers the full amount, or covers a partial amount.

Allocation Total

Full Amount: Select the finishes you want to cover. It will calculate the deposit amount from the highest priced SKU.
- If the receipent chooses a cheaper SKU, you will receive a refund for the remainder on a monthly basis. See: Credits and Refunds.

Partial Amount: Check the box that says partially covered ring cost. You can then cover a percentage or a dollar amount.
- For example, If you allocated $299 (plus tax and shipping) and the recipient decided to order Heritage Gold, they would be responsible for the difference between $449 and $299.

Remember that if you receive a hardware discount, you may want to choose that amount rather than the original ring price. Ex: $299 with a 10% = $269.90.
- Note: If you want the recipient to be able to pay the difference for any style, you must select all finishes. Whatever you allocate will then count towards the total cost.

Membership & Quantity Section

Select a 1, 2, or 3-year membership with your purchase.
- If you want the end-user to pay for their membership monthly, select no membership.

Then, enter the total number of rings you want to include in your deposit. You will be able to assign these to the recipients in step 9.

Review your deposit total, including a tax estimate and shipping costs.

The tax estimate will be the highest %, as it can not determine where the order is shipping.

Add or select your saved payment information.

Allocate funds for your Customer Deposit

You will be directed to this page to allocate funds for members using the newly created deposit.

- Note: You must allocate all rings to your deposit simultaneously. If you have four rings on the same deposit, you can't enter "1" and revisit and enter the remaining "3" on the order.

If you exit this screen before allocating the funds or want to come back to the deposit at a later time:
- Click Order History from the home screen
- Continue Deposit Order
- Allocate funds to members
- Add User
