You can ship to the United States using this flow |
Note: your billing address must be in the Eurozone or the United States. See Countries Shipped for more details.
1. Under Place a Deposit, click on Start a Deposit
2. Select which ring style you would like to set up the deposit allocation for. You have the option to set up an allocation that contains specific styles, and finishes, covers the full amount, or covers a partial amount.
3a. Full amount - select the finishes that you want to cover.
In the example above: Heritage: Black, Silver, Stealth, and Gold are selected. Only these options will appear for the recipient.
3b. Partial amount - be sure to check the box that says partially cover ring cost. You then can cover a percentage or a dollar amount.
If you want the recipient to be able to pay the difference for any style, you must select all finishes. Whatever you allocate will then count towards the cost. Keep in mind if you receive a hardware discount, you may want to choose that amount rather than the original ring price.
Ex: $299 with a 10% = $269.90
In the example above: $299 (plus tax and shipping) is allocated. If a recipient decided to order Heritage Gold, they would be responsible for the difference between $449 and $299.
4. You have the option to select a 1, 2, or 3-year membership with your purchase in the Membership & Quantity section. If you want the end-user to pay for their membership, select no membership.
Then, enter the number of rings you want to include in your deposit. You will be able to assign these to the recipients in step 9.
Ex: If you want to allocate 5 rings, you would select 5 here.
5. Click Calculate your Deposit
6. Review your Deposit total, this will include a tax estimate and shipping. Note: you will receive a monthly refund for the remaining tax not used on the order(s).
7. Add your Payment Details, there are two options: ACH or Credit/Debit Card
Note: ACH is available for US Customers only
8. Select the payment option you would like to use for the deposit then click Make a Deposit to submit your payment.
9. You will then be directed to allocate funds to your members using the newly created deposit. Select Upload Users via CSV OR Add User, to add each user manually.
Note: you must allocate all rings on your deposit at the same time. You can not enter 1 and come back at a later time and enter the remaining 3 on the order if you have 4 on the same deposit.
If you exit out of this screen before allocating the funds, or want to come back to the deposit at a later time, to access it:
1) Click Order History from the home screen
2) Continue Deposit Order
3) Allocate funds to members
4) Add User
9a. If adding each user manually, skip to step 11 once you are finished
9b. If using the CSV option, click Download CSV Template
1. Note: you should download a new template each time as the CSV file is sensitive.
If you are having trouble downloading the CSV template, see the bottom of this page for a copy
10. Add your information to each column following the format below:
11. Save the file as a CSV first. This step is very important and crucial to a successful CSV file upload. Upload the newly saved file by selecting Choose Files. Once the file has been added, click on Upload Users.
12. Once the member's email addresses and quantities have been uploaded, click Submit
13. Please allow 12 hours for funds to be properly allocated to your members. Each member should receive an email notifying them to go to orderhub.ouraring.com to create their account. They may need to check their junk or spam folders as well.
Note: if they do not receive an email, they can go to orderhub.ouraring.com and select "set password" following the instructions on how to reset their password to log in for the first time.
