For issues with declined cards or errors appearing after submitting a multi-address order, contact our Order Hub Support team, using the Support Center link at the bottom of any Order Hub page.
To help expedite your issue, please include the following information:
- Screenshots of the error that you are seeing
- Short description of your order. Were you placing a Bulk Order to one address, multi-address or were you making a Deposit?
- Is the issue related to uploading the multi-address template as a CSV file?
- Did you leave your browser page when you previously had an item in your cart and then re-entered to complete your order?
- If this is a purchasing issue, please provide the last four digits of the credit card used to initiate the order
- If you are seeing an error that resulted from a Multi-Address payment, please include the customer deposit number
- If you have a sales order number (sales orders will start with SO-), please provide that.
- Any additional details that you would like to include
